Need a 6-7in woods blade

If you could expand a little other than large woods blade.............maybe about your budget, what types of woods chores you expect to do, is this planned to be a one tool option, etc. Without knowing more than your original post, I would say look into these:

Fallkniven A1
Mora Pathfinder
Becker BK12 - RSK Mk2
ESEE 6
Ontario RAT 7
TOPS Tex Creek XL

Those are standard relatively less expensive options. More expensive would be Survive knives, Busse and the Busse Kin lines, lionsteel M7, winkler WKII field knife, custom knifemakers.
Less expensive would be Condor (Crotalus), some of the Schrade offerings (SCHF9/10), some cold steel.

Lots of options, but more info would be helpful for better recommendations.

I would suggest either the BK-7 or BK-9. Both are good woods blades if you like big ones. The BK-9 will be the better chopper if that use figures largely in your planning.

From your request, I would say a Becker in the 6" - 7" range might be what you're looking for........

It sounds like a KaBar or Becker would be right up your alley.

Maybe something in the 6-7" range?

Ok I should have said I want to see some knives that are like the BK7 and Rat 7 that aren't those knives.
