I am currently using a Wilton square wheel grinder. I know alot of makers switch to 10 inch wheels. I am currently using and happy with my 8 inch. Unfortunately it is a serrated wheel. I am looking to purchase a 8 inch non serrated wheel if you have one laying around and never plan on using it let's talk.

It's OK if the corners are rounded off a little, I would be doing that anyway. Also looking for one that has the bearing's and 3/4 inch shaft still installed to the wheel. If you have one laying around and want to part with it, give me an email and see if we can work a deal out. Thanks in advance!

Hello CJ,

I don't know if your interested, but I thought I throw this out. I make an 8" smooth faced contact wheel for my KMG-1 grinders. I use a 70 durometer urethane. It is tougher than rubber and less tear resistant. Here are some photos of a wheel that I fitted to a 3/4" stub shaft for a customer with the idea of using on a wilton when he upgraded from his home built.

If you can't get what you have in mind, drop me a line. I'll gladly make a new wheel for you.

Sincerely,
