Need a Bail, please

Please can someone point me to a resource to replace a bail on a small case 6623 penknife?

Can't tell you where to get one. You might have better luck if you either make ok ne yourself out of stainless steel wire or nickel silver wire of the appropriate diameter.
You can contact Case or the Case collectors club and see if they can point you in the proper direction.
