NEED a car knife!!!!

I NEED a knife to put in my car.

Must be a fixed blade, 3.5in blade or less but no less than 3in.
If it has orange handles that's a plus.
A sheath that doesn't take 10 days to unsheath the knife. Kydex or hard plastic would be great.
Easy to sharpen steel like 1095.
$50 or less.

I was taking a shower this hit me like a freight train, I NEED a car knife.

You might look at some of the Mora knives. They even have some with bright orange sheaths.

Anything with a glass-breaker would be a good idea. I keep a Blur Glassbreaker in the glovebox.
