Need a couple knife recommendations

I don't currently have an EDC knife, and I'm looking to change that. I want a folder, that isn't too big (blade between 2.5" - 3.25"), drop point, no serrations, and a pocket clip. I don't care if it's stainless or not, but preferably something that's at least 0.75% carbon. Aluminum or titanium scales are acceptable, but wood or resin scales are preferable. It must have some sort of mechanical assisted opening, and priced under $75.

I have been eying the SOG Twitch II, Kershaw Cryo, and Kershaw Blur. Anyone have comments on these or recommendations for something else that might better fit my needs?

Now, I need a second recommendation.
I'm looking for an outdoors knife for my daughter who is almost 12. It will be her first knife for cutting something other than food. I want a fixed blade, .75% carbon or better, between 2" - 2.5", drop point, full tang, and with a handle that will fit her hands, for under $50. So far from what I've found, the Boker Arbolito Corzo Caper best matches what I have in mind. It looks like it would be a good fit for her smallish hands.

I haven't seen any of these knives in person, though. Haven't seen them at any of the stores 'round here.

Thanks!

Option 1: Blur sounds like a winner USA made, great company, good size. I was gonna say BM mini grip, but the assist knocks that out. Kershaw has many options with assisted flippers. Knockout and Piston are pretty new in the Blur category price and size.

Option 2: Boker Plus Rambler, I'm looking into this one myself. $30 or so, 440C steel, small little blade and handle. Boker Plus has a few small fixed blades to look at. Izula would work, but it doesn't come with handles, a cord wrap might work.

Online Video Reviews of these knive will give you a better idea on size. Pictures without a comparison is useless, but seeing someone pick it up and grip the knife really helps alot. I would suggest picking a blade or 2 you like and finding a YouTube vid on it so you can better grasp the size

The Knockout and Piston look to be a bit too long for what I want... easily carry clipped in my front pocket all day. Might still get one for tougher outdoors work.
That Boker Rambler looks nice. Just might get that one. Thanks again!

pretty much any assisted Kershaw fits the bill of the first knife but the blur is the most badass of the bunch its is a truly great knife for the price. The speed safe is incredibly smooth and fast and it cuts like a dream. I will also mention the benchmade mini barrage it can be found just over your $75 mark but its also a beastly folder.

as for the small fixed blade I would say the Esee Candiru as you get the option of skeletonized(no handle just metal), orange G10 or canvas micarta handles. the Izula is just a tad over your 2.5" requirement but it is also a very very great knife with some of the handle options. can easily find guys to make scales aswell
