Need a couple Wusthof's rehandled

Can anyone put me in contact with someone who might be able to replace the handles on a couple of my Wusthof kitchen knives. No matter how many times I tell the family that the good knives don't go in the dishwasher, they always manage to end up there.
I appreciate any help,
