I highly recommend www.vessleatherworks.com for custom leather. His gallery shows folders, mostly, but he has done a bunch of fixed blade work for me, and it's all top notch. His prices are reasonable, turnaround quick, and he's the only guy I know who will make a wooden dummy from a scan and make a custom sheath without you ever having to send the knife. He's an awesome guy.
