Need a folding knife for EDC

Greetings everyone. :)

Once again, I'd like to ask for any suggestions for a fine knife.
But there's quite some strict laws in Denmark:

2.7 inch. or below. (6.9 cm)
May only be slip-joint. No locking mechanism or whatsoever.
No one-hand openers.
And it has to be a folding knife.

This time the price is within 50-150$
Won't pay less nor more unless it very good quality.

You've already looked at one of these, right? It was made specifically to comply with the knife laws in Denmark and is a fantastic little folder...

Thing is that it's already out of stock. :(
I could get a specially modified Buck 120 for Denmark, but it's out of stock as well.
