I am working a trade with a guy in Burkina Faso, Africa. He only speaks french and native dialects. He wants a low-end video camera / camcorder and they are terribly expensive there. "Good enough" cameras here cost $100-$125.
We have been communicating through a local museum curator here in Atlanta who does speak french. I don't. But she feels she would not be up to translating the instructions and the camera menu would be a problem.
I can find a camera that is in PAL format and 220-240v, but the instructions and camera menus are only in english and spanish, maybe chinese, not french.
I have even searched eBay/France, but the cameras they sell, as far as I can tell, do not have menus or instructions in french.
We have an international community here in the Cantina and I wonder if anyone can help me?
