need a good edc folder non serrated, any thoughts? Thanks

Price range and intended use would help. Some of my favs that are not crazy expensive would be a ZT 550, 560, or Spyderco Para military 2.

Can I get some input on a good EDC folder, 4" or under? Thanks.

There are literally dozens and dozens of excellent edc knives under 4". You'll have to be more specific. Price limit? Blade steel? Handle material? Lock type? Intended use? Thumb stud? Opening hole? Flipper? Etc...

Give us a few more details and you'll have plenty of outstanding knives to choose from.

Here are some of the best ones that I have:

$100-250 price range, used for cutting boxes, tape, rope, paper, plastic. Not for heavy force cutting. 440hc or better, handle can be any good gripper. Prefer a non liner lock but can live with it since it's not used with a lot of force. the lighter it weighs the better. thanks.

If you can find one, Spyderco paramilitary 2... there are others that can do the job--ranging from a Ontario rat-1 to a Benchmade griptilian, but the para2 is my favorite given your comments. The ZT 0560/0561 is excellent but overkill for cutting boxes and tape--but still within the scope of your comments, and an awesome folder.

A Spyderco Delica with ZDP-189 steel blade. Spend the rest of the money in a good diamond stone, you will need it to sharpen it.
