need a knife sharpened by a pro.. recommendations?

Hi all -
I just got the new folder from Chris Reeve, the umnumzaan. Anyways Im very impressed with it, except for the edge. Barely shaves. After running it through my spyderco sharpmaker several hundred times I haven't been able to make a noticeable difference. Im thinking about sending it out to someone who knows what they're doing and have a proper edge put on it. I was considering John Fitzen of razors edge. Does anyone have any experience with him, or have another recommendation for me please?

Tom Krein can also thin out the edge of your knife, which will make it easier to sharpen in the future and cut better assuming that type of geometry would match your needs (I assume you didn't buy the Sebenza to pry with

)

+1 for Siguy. He converted my thick Campanion blanks from blunt edges to shavers.

I'll second(or third?) richardj:thumbup:

He does magic with those paper wheels.I've been meaning to send him more than a few knives,but haven't found the time.
