Need a Knife sharpened

I have a CRKT Hissatsu fixed blade. The edge on this knife sucks. I have tried everything I can to sharpen / re-profile the edge geometry so it will get sharper. I am throwing in the towel, who can do it and how much? I want a shaving edge along the whole of the blade.
