Hi everybody. Need a little help sorting out boxes on two knives.
Model #0301B0-B Cat. 3567. Is that a yellow covered knife or black?
Other box #0301B03-B Cat.3570 is the other box.

I'll be honest, I bad for boxes. I bet I don't have a dozen in a box. I seldom got old 300's in a box and when I did it might not be the original one . So, I got in the habit of just taking the knife out and tossing the box in a file cabinet. After I wrote about keeping better records (an felt guilty) I started putting info on a sticky note and wrapping them around the box with a rubber band. Maybe have a dozen or more that way. Desoto or Bert may be able to info on this if not I will email a out of sight oldtimer or two....300

I hope Desoto can do this. I have a lot of boxes that have an index number on them, but like you I store them separately and not in any particular order. I always pretend that I will never have to look at them. Let's hope Desoto is more organized. I don't want to dig through them all.

Wasn't there a thread a couple of years ago about boxes? Maybe tomorrow I'll see if I can find it.

Here are the other two 301 single blade build outs from that series. All the blades on these are stamped 301 as opposed to the new 302 single blades. There was about 50 of each model made.
