Need A Little Help

Can anyone here tell me a little about this knife? It`s 4 1/2" closed, and 8" open. It reminds me of an oversized Trapper model. Both blades lock, and the number 716 is stamped on one of them. It looks to have never been used, and I`m wondering what the value might be. Thanks in advance for any help.

Some of the experts will be along shortly but I think those went out of production in the early 90s. Is the handle derlin? I've seen yellow handled ones as well. I don't know much about value except I have seen them sold on ebay for not a lot of $$.

Yes, the handle is delrin, with a brass lanyard hole.
