Hey guys.

Im looking to resole some shoes and need the material to be as conforming as possible. A high end (talking $500 starters) moccasin company i lust over uses this, so i figured id give it a shot.

Since this project has an extremely high likelihood of going wrong, id rather not spend anything till i have a system down.

Anyway, since I'm apparently not too good at thinking outside the box tonight, i figured id turn to the community for ideas.

Who/what/where would have the possibility of old ruined belts i could go beg a piece off of ?

Other than the newspaper, i cannot come up with any other places to try.

Thoughts ? Alternatives ?
