2.small blade, 3 inches ~ish
3.combo edge...or something like the Kershaw "Wade Officer"
4.light weight...so not a SS grip. (they are cold in the winter anyway)
5.Sub $1oo (street price)

Mini AFCK! That's my new fave! Although, blade is about 3.25". What about the Spyderco Paramilitary? Do they make that in combo edge? That's a great knife, too, although I don't know what street price is.

Mini Griptillian, I don't have one but I do own a couple of the full size ones and I don't think you could go wrong with one. Very nice, solid knives.

Spy Paramilitary also jumps to mind, its a bigger knife, comes in plain or spyderedge only, no combo.
