I had a guy post a trade offer in my thread but he doesn't have an email address on file and he doesn't have PM capability. How should I respond?

What I did was edit my latest bump post to answer his question rather than answer it in a new post, but there's no guarantee the guy will. look for answers in the post above so he might never know I've replied.

Would it have been acceptable to reply in response in this case?
 
I believe you can send anyone a visitor message. I believe that is what I'd try if I were you.
