Hello everyone,
I hope I can find someone who wants to help a new guy get started.
I have a CRKT LiftOff folding knife that I really like for EDC.

It's just that I hate the steel insert on the side of it. I want to replace it with something "not shiney".
Does anyone have a scrap of black (or generally dark) micarta or G10 that is:
.05 inches thick ** important
5 inches long
1.5 inches wide
I'll pay a fair price for it.
I don't have the tools to shave a piece down to .05 inches for this insert.
