Ok guys looking for my new knife but I want ur guys advice based on your own experience. All three knives are spyderco but are on different parts of the spectrum so here we go.
Manix 2
Military in orange g10
Pacific salt h1 in black

All blades will be in plain edge like I said price points don't matter I just want advice on what what guys prefer.

I love the enduras and have several that is my main edc as of now but I like to change it up,so guys fire away. thx

The Pacific salt is basically an Endura with H1 steel. The Military is quite similar to the Endura. I would go with the Manix preferably a sprint run with full flat grind. I just got 2 last week and the second batch of the carpenter steel should be shipping now. It is a nice heavy duty knife with a pretty awesome caged ball bearing lock.

I'm sure many people will recommend the Military but I'm not a huge fan personally. Plus I have never liked liner and frame locks, especially now since I have been cut 3 times in the last couple weeks because a blade came open in a pocket. Just tonight I sliced my fingers and hand 3 times before I got my hand out of my pocket. When I keep them hair whittling sharp it doesn't stop cutting until I jerk my hand back or it hits bone or finger nail. It has happened with both tip up and tip down. It's going to be nothing but AXIS locks and lock backs for a while.

The millie is probably the best spyderco made, I think its following shows that quite well. Its slim but large, carrys well and can disappear in your pocket, it is a extreme cutter and thin at the tip so don't plan on ANY! prying. It can be gripped in many ways and is a comfortable knife to use, it also works well while wearing thick gloves.

The manix melts in your hand with all its curves and jimping, probably the most secure feeling of the bunch. Its a more robust knife with its thicker overall blade and full liners. The 154cm blade will handle tough work and hold a edge better than H1 but not as well a S30V. Very smooth knife with a strong lock.

The only reason I personally would buy a salt is if I worked by the ocean or other corrosive environment . I have no need for extreme corrosion resistance and low level edge retention.

I thought the military and the h1 look very similar to the enduras and I love my new ffgs and saber grinds too.And for the money you can get a endura I can't see spending almost double for the military. But then again I never handled it so I can't say I wouldn't fall in love lol....s30v g10 in orange hmmm kinda a weak spot already.
