hi ya'll,

i'm looking for a pack to haul my "stuff" to and from place's. i really like the tad litespeed.

so does anybody have one to lend for a day or two? i would like to try one before buying. i'll pay shipping insure/signature everything. mainly need a knife/beer/tool's/beer carrier. i'll try and get a review up after i ship it home. please email me and we will work out the detail's.

actually i have them in knife coffin's and i do carry them in grocery bag's sometime's.:o

that's pretty bad, you hit it on the head.
 
Whew. At least I'm not the only one who carries hundreds of dollars in blades in old plastic bags.
I find the Fleet Farm/ Farm & Fleet bags hold up a bit better than Wal-Mart ones BTW. :)
 
I'd lend you my Mystery Ranch 3 day assault pack if you're interested :).
 
I keep all of mine in Maxpedition E-10 & E-14 Envelopes for small and medium sized knives up to 14", and Maxpedition R-19 Razorshells up to 19". The Razorshells work great for BM's, and they hold more than one.

Not quite as cheap as WalMart plastic. But they work well, have a faux lambswool lining and protect my precious INFI. You get what you pay for IMHO....:cool:
 
my blade's are in unique case's by morton ent. they are made about 30 mile's from the house. very nice case's and good people to deal with. i think i'm going to get him to custom make one for my kzII.

i like the litespeed because of the slim design. josh i'll check out the camelback, mystery ranch is way outta my league.
 
i have the hawg and like it. plenty of molle attachments, and it fits a kz 2. much cheaper than what you are looking at i think
 
josh that is a nice pack, a little wide for what i want. the price is very nice though.

so nobody want's to play with me?

tell ya what, i'll send ya mr. ugly to use, cardboard tape sheath and all. he might need a little sharpening.

Well, you've only had 200 views. I don't see folk on this forum talk about TAD packs as much as other brands. You may have to wait for a larger sampling of members to see this to find the one guy who has that pack.
 
Finding someone willing to part with theirs may be the tough part.

Two of the lightspeed colors are sold out, buying one and reselling it if it doesn't work for you may not be a bad idea. Once they are out it will be a while before they are available again and demand will go up. Also a good reason to buy soon!

I use mine it's a great size, a taken down MSAR STG with 20" barrel just fits inside the main compartment, the regular EDC isn't bad either and has a removable plastic/aluminum plate and belt for more options.

lmt66- very nice pic's, thank ya much. so which do you perfer to haul about 40lbs or so, edc or ls?

upsidedownviking- that's an idea, as soon as i recover from the muck i might do that.
