ok so i have all manners of SAK but supprisingly i dont have a soldier...I was after a recommendation for the cheapest supplier of these, i like to deal with forumites from here more the outside sites so if any of the traders here have any please reply here or email me at nightwolf83@gmail.com and even ebay store dealers you'd recommend. :)

I really want to get one before I head back to Australia (in the US at present) as this model has REALLY grown on me more then any of the SAK's i currently own.

Thanks alot guys! :D

Felinevet is a great online source of any /all SAK's . His on line store can be found at SOSAK online . Great selection , prices , and service .

Chris

will have to order a few from him before I head home :) really good prices and even better if his using profits for animals.

as for the soldier as mentioned above a forum member offered one to me, very happy :D

I hear you. They never appealed to me - until I got one. I love mine.

+1 on getting SAKs from Felinevet. And he does ship to Australia too! ;)

I would hope he does :D cause I will be ordering from him.

I was really impressed when I opened the package with mine a couple days ago...the feel in my hand is pretty awesome for the price spent. Ended up getting a Wenger SI 1996 model which looks and feels like a new knife despite being 13 years old.

The old alox soldier is a great knife, still one of my favourite SAK's. I have several models, both Wenger and Victorinox, and also a 1985 model of the Dutch army.

+ 1 for FelineVet as a source for SAKs. I have purchased dozens from him over the years, nothing but great service dealing with him.

Dealers pay $200 for an annual membership to sell on this forum. The don't advertise in the discussion forums but there's a dealer subforum here: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=749

Also, the owner of Bladeforums has his own store: http://www.onestopknifeshop.com/ He doesn't use Bladeforums to promote his store, gotta respect him for it!

Also, you can request to buy items here: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=683 Dealers as well as other sellers that aren't dealers (but have Gold or higher membership) can reply.
