There is very little info about Ken Hoy knives available. I think there was an article in the book Knives 2000 about him.

I am looking to purchase a fixed blade fighter that has a Makers Mark of K HO4. It has been suggested that it might be Ken Hoy but I cannot find anything about him.
Does anyone know where I can get information on Mr. Hoy and his knives?

Well, I obtained a copy of the Gun Digest Book of Knives that you mentioned and read the article on Ken Hoy. It was a good piece but no mention on what his various models were selling for. It did mention that he produced about 250 knives a year. I found his last knownKEN HOY was featured in 'The Gun digest book of knives' th edition in about 1997 (pages 113 to 116)
