Need clip w/ screws for pro grip 2

I have a pro grip 2 I think, at least it looks like one. I bought it new in 93 so not sure if it was called that then, but anyway I messed the clip up on a canoeing trip and have not been able to replace since. I used this knife every day until I ruined the clip.
Does anyone know hoe I can get a replacement clip and screws?
