I'm wanting a case back pocket but looking at its measurement per ruler it seems to be a big ole boy.... Does anyone have one they could compare side by side closed and opened with one of the following...

Sodbuster Jr

Full size trapper

Medium stockman

Or.....

Thanks for the photo. I just can't decide. I wish I could handle one first. :( I guess I'll just have to think about it some more. Any more photos of it in hand, closed, ect? Thanks much
 
Ash - No comparison pics right now, but if you expand your comparison to the GEC #23 and the Queen Mountain man I think you'll get more pics. Should help you decide if you want to go BIG. I will say that my #23 is either in my bag or my backpocket.
 
I don't have a side-by-side picture Ash but it is a big knife.

From my write-up on mine.

The knife is 4 5/8" long closed with a 3 1/2" blade. The blade is (to me) reminiscent of a California clip blade and has a pull of 5 on a scale of 1 to 10 and has half-stops.

I'm loving the look of it and the size seems to be pretty good.

Kevin I appreciate the offer but I couldn't ask you to do that.

I think it might become my first purchase of 2013. :D
 
I picked up a few. Carried the amber bone, but like the ebony more. Don't get the red, it looks plastic.
