Need Computer help!

I have been having a problem with attachments, I click on the manage attachments button and nothing happens. I need help with this one, I am not that good with Computers so if some of you guys and gals can help me!

1. I am using AOL
2. I am using Norton Anti-virus and Internet Security
3. My ISP is my phone Company "Verizon"

I am allowing Pop-ups and I can see pictures and attachments on Blade Forums that other people have posted. I just can't find the answer to my problem. I am a Platnuim Member also!

If anyone could help please give detailed instructions on how you think I can fix the problem.

I think you have to enable active scripting, and you'll certainly have to call off any pop-up killer you're running; it's a small window. I've attached a screen capture of the window that pops up when you click "manage attachments."
