Last year I tried to change my email from mail.com to aim.com and was not able to access my account. Cougar said that the confirmation email may have been caught in a spam filter. I can sign in, but can't get past this screen:
"Stormdrane, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."
I'd certainly appreciate being able to use my regular screen name. Just let me know if you need my email address to send the confirmation. If you send it to the aim email I switched it to, I'll probably switch it back to the mail.com addy I'd previously used. Thanks for any help you can provide.
Regards,
Stormdrane
