Need counsel on XM18

I am in need of some advice on this XM18 I just bought off a forum. I noticed today that the stop pin looks crooked. Is this something I should be concerned about? Should I send it in for warranty work? I don't want to come off as nit picking cause it seems like a minor detail. It just bothers the crap out of me for some reason.

If it bothers you, then yes, send it in to have it checked out.

Looks like it's not seated in the liner. I'd take it apart and see if it will go back together correctly before I sent it in. Might not even have to take it completely apart, just loosen it up and see if you can get it to move where it needs to be.

Looks like you may be correct. Dont know how I missed that. Damn...
