I know this is the Busse forum but I was told that this is where I might find the guys I'm looking for.

I just bought me a beautiful Buck 112 Ranger - rehandled with pink/purple camel bone. Didn't come with a sheath. I don't want just a black/brown Buck Sheath for it. It's a Totally Judy Knife and it needs a Totally Judy Sheath.

I know there are guys on BFC who do leather work, but I don't know who they are.

Thanks.

Judy

Knife can be seen in this thread:

Definitely get a hold of Dwayne, he and Stacey will come up with something to really go with that beauty. Perhaps some purple rayskin inlay or something. You're welcome back anytime Judy.

TJ -- you show excellent taste in knives.

Have to second/third/whatever what most have said: Leatherman! is the right person to go to. I only have 2 of his sheaths, but I'll be getting quite a few more in the near future.

Excellent work and nuclear tough. Just the right thing.

I've email Dwayne and Gary. I've received a reply from Stacey, Dwayne's wife. They have some ideas and they sound good. I'll wait to hear from Gary before I decide.

A bitchen purple knife deserves a bitchen sheath! :D

Thanks, everyone.

Judy

Actually, I believe Stacey did mention purple rayskin. Don't have a clue what that looks like, but I'll find out.
