Need estimate as to current value of and demand for CF Walker PE

Greetings Spydie devotees. As the thread title says I'm trying to get an idea as to the current value of and demand for a CF Walker PE. It comes with the pouch, has the shinier CF scales and appears to be in mint, or better, condition. Any help would be appreciated. tf


Note: Just to clarify things, I do not have a Walker. I recently ran across one and I'm thinking about buying it if the price is right.

Normally, a CF Walker PE should fetch at least $350 on Ebay, and with two people wanting and bidding for it, it can also go above $500. On a bad day, they've gone for $250 however.
So $250-$500. Less is unlikely, more is a bonus.
For demand, I would like one, but just decided to spend my money on some others.

Edit: after your edit. $350 would be a good & fair price. More get's expensive, less is a bargain. All depends on how bad you want it though.
