Need Expert Opinion for 120 Sheaths

I need the input from you smart fellers here on the years of these sheaths.

Mostly due to David's thread, I found a 1988 120 w/sheath on the auction site where the buyer took my $62 offer. It'll need a spa trip, but it looks ok.

Another seller has a 120 sheath only. I'm curious as to the year of this second sheath only, and is the sheath coming with my knife purchase the original?

I was thinking the style of the swinging type sheath was older than the 88 one. Or am I backwards? Which wouldn't be too surprising.

The flat sewn sheath would be correct to the knife. The second sheath (swivel sheath) would be the immediate predecessor, guessing later 70's to early 80's. IMO

I was kinda surprised he took my offer actually since I kinda low balled his buy it now price.

Desotosky - thank you! I did have it backwards. I'm tempted though to get that sheath though since I like them better and just keep the original away. There's also a vendor selling the natural leather custom shop sheaths as well that look nice. Always something.
