Need Feedback edited

Hello everyone! I just did a great deal with Knifenewbie3 and while he left me positive comments and we are both very happy with the transaction, He accidently rated the feedback as Negative instead of Positive.

I talked with him and he said he intended on giving me a positive rating, but can't figure out how to edit the rating. Can anyone help us or explain how one can edit feedback after a day or two?

I also linked him to this thread so he can vouch for me.

To get iTrader feedback corrected, you need to inform Spark.

Click on View Complete Feedbacks for Arcrobe

Find the line for this transaction and click on the red triangle. Fill in the dialog box that opens up.

This is all true. Arcrobe is a great guy to deal with and I would be grateful if Spark could change that rating!
