I love my axis lock Benchmade knifes but their autos seem a little underpowered when it comes to getting the hole shot.

This is more like it!

You better have the seatbelt on tight when you push the pedal on this little baby. It will get away from you if you aren't careful.

Microtech UMS in black with OD green blade:

Knife pic...

Interesting side note. The UMS is currently and has always been made in S30V. This one was erroneously marked 154CM. MT offered to take it back and put on a new, correctly marked blade. They guaranteed that it was S30V. I said no. Since I don't sell any knifes or guns that I buy I will keep it as a one of a kind keepsake.

Do you have a BM 5000? This one's got more kick than their other ones (which I agree, are comparatively week), plus the AXIS lock to boot.

Protechs hit even harder than the MTs. Especially the Godfater, with that bigass blade. Only the Severtech hits with more momentum. The Woodard Fer De Lance is the fastest opener I've ever held, but I should be receiving a Pocket Pro tomarrow or the next day, and I expect that one to be even faster (smaller, lighter blade, same spring).

I haven't tried any of the axis lock BM autos. I have been wavering on ordering a 4200 Resistor.

I've been close to going for the gusto and getting a MT MTX2 or a MT CMTX5.

I hope Santa is listening......... :D
