Need Help About Kershaw By Kai

I have a knife had it from new but now need to know if any one knows what happend to this modle as I can't find any
It is a kershaw by kai model 1034 and on the blade has kershaw OREGON USA
by Kai Japan is there a site with all the knife # lists
I think it is a field and stream or something like that
I bought it in the 70's or early 80's

seems like i've been wrong for years as the 1034 modle is called the

ELK HUNTER MODLE COST $178.00 AND CEASED 1998
