Need help and opinions!!

I need a few personal views/opinions on which Emerson to settle on. It's between the CQC7-B and the mini Commander. So please give me some opinions on these 2 knives. Chances are I'll end up getting both eventually, just which to get first
 
It depends on what you plan on using the knife for and how good you are at sharpening knives. I tend to like straight blades a lot more than recurves simply because it's a lot easier to sharpen.
 
I have the 7 and a full size Commander, and I love them both. My only problem with the Commander is sometimes it's too big, but you won't have that problem with the mini. I believe the mini commander and the 7 are the same size, so you won't have that problem. You really can't go wrong with either though. Like said before, you'll just end up with both anyways, so I say play the eenie meenie miney moe game
 
Dangit, after looking at Emerson's site and youtube today I've discovered the Horseman and put aside the want for a Commander. So now I have to decide which of the two buy again..7 or mini-8
 
For the two choices you have -- I'd go for the 7. I like my 7A just a little bit more than my Super Commander, plus the 7 is slightly more sheople-friendly.
