Hello! I am in the process of trying to fix up an old Marbles knife and am looking for some advice on repairing the Bakelite pommel. There are two large chunks missing from it on the end that mates to the handle spacers. I'm thinking of trying to use some epoxy to fill in for the missing pieces. I was advised against using Gorilla Glue Epoxy and am wondering JB Weld Marine Epoxy might be a better bet. Didn't really wanna spend $20+ on the Systems g-flex that seems to be the go to for knife handles. This knife wont be seeing heavy use.
