Need help centering the blade on a 581 barrage.

I bought two 581's. The first one's FNF was perfect. On the second, the blade was off center to the degree that I cant get paper between the liner and the blade. I have adjusted the torx screws but it doesn't seem to change. I have never adjusted this on any knife so admittedly I was just guessing and hoping I would see change and then make the needed adjustment.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
I take it we're talking about blade play here? If so, when you say that you adjusted the torx screws, do you mean that you adjusted the body screws only? Or did you take off the scales and tighten the pivot screw as well with no effect?
 
Thank you both for the response! No blade play, it rubs the liner when opening and closing but locks up tight. Yes i removed the scales and adjusted the pivot with no change. I am taking THG's advise and sending it off today.
