Need Help-changing group glitch

I upgraded from basic to GOLD a coupla days ago and on the user group page there is only a bounced group. I tried reentering the e-mail address but still no luck. I have always had a valid e-mail address yet I still am having a problem. I know I am a dummy but help please. Thanks.
