Hey guys, haven't been around for a while and need a little advice.
I haven't got myself a knife in far too long and am looking (hard!) at the Lionsteel shuffler.
This one fits the bill, but am wondering if there are any other single clip points I should be looking at as well. No Case though.

Steel isn't a concern, and Barlows preferred but not required. Thanks!

Well, I’ll always recommend GEC. You’ll have a far easier time getting ahold of a Lionsteel barlow than you will a GEC barlow, but there is usually some sort of GEC jack in stock. Check out the 44 gunstock pattern, they really hit that one on the head.

Wow, those Northfield 44s weren't on my radar but the combination of brass, bone and 1095 and how it will age has me drooling. Thanks!

I'm a little late with my suggestion as I see you have already pulled the trigger on the Shuffler. If you like that Shuffler, next time you're browsing for something new take a look at the Bolus series LionSteel knives. Also known as the CK02 on Mike's website under the LionSteel tab. There's a Clip, a Drop point, and my favorite, an Otnat (Reverse Tanto).

I was surprised to discover that I like my Otnat even better than the LionSteel Barlows I've owned and I'm a big fan of those.

I was looking closely at those, and one might be my next purchase. I really like the profile on that; it looks about as versatile as one can get on a single blade.
These days I prefer one blade but miss the utility of having a Sheepsfoot and another blade with some belly. That one seems to be a nice compromise.
