Need help dating an Ulster knife please!

I picked this knife up this week, and am trying to find out some more about it. It is a terrific little knife, with great snap on both blades and nice tight construction. I am most interested in the approximate date of its manufacturing, but can't seem to find any good information. Any help would be appreciated:) The main blade has the same stamp as below, but without the "co" part.

Ernie, I may not have an exact length of time that tang stamp ran from but it's the same tang stamp on WWII issued ULSTER US Military Mountain Division knives, circa 1942/1943...
