I already have a M21-14

It's pretty good, solid construction, ok blade steel. Overall I like the design and flipper
But I've been thinking about getting this one as well:

Disregarding the difference (or lack thereof) between AUS8 and 8Cr14,the slightly shorter blade of the G10 model, just how different are these two knives? Is the Veff serration really better than the previous serrations? And how do the two knives perform in comparison with each other? I'm intrigued by the lower cost of the G10 and its lighter weight, but I like my M21-14. I guess I'm also wondering whether I should buy the G10 and sell my M21-14 or just keep what I have (my wife isn't too keen on me adding another knife to my collection LOL!)
