Need help deciging on an EDC please..

Gentlemen,
I am looking for a new daily carry knife with 3-3.5" tanto blade folder that I intend to carry in my front jeans pocket. Currently I carry La Grifffe but I will change it to a neck carry only, as it was originally designed. I am looking primarily for self-defense carry, this knife will see ZERO utility use whatsoever. I have the following three knives that I've zeroed in on:
- HOGUE EX-01 Matte Black TACTICAL 3.5" Tanto
- Emerson Mini CQC-7BT
- Extrema Ratio Knives BF2 Classic Tanto
I am curious if anyone owns at least two of these knives and how they compare for EDC. Thickness, bulkiness, ease of retrieval, etc. Wish I could go somewhere and try each one, but in Massachusetts it's nearly impossible.

Oops, didn't know one existed. Can you post a link? I'll repost there, or maybe moderator can tow this topic over.
 
My only folder that has a tanto-type blade ZT0400, so that's my only experience with that profile. I have however, carried it a lot and it is quite a tough, and looks intimidating enough. I've handled the CQC-7 and it too, is a very good knife. The wave feature would make for very fast opening in a self-defense situation, although I've never had to do anything like that. The Hogue & ER will be slower to deploy I would think.
 
Thanks gooeytek. How did you carry Hogue? I'm wondering if it's too thick to carry in front jeans pocket.
