Need help figuring knife out

so I got a knife from grandfather and on the big blade it says Imperial Prov R.I. USA

and the litle blade has stamped on it, 2170537 / P2284833 / 2689409

I would really like to know anything about this knife thanks.

i also got a knife that says something on the blade but the only thing I can read is pontus which to my understanding is swedish but thats all i know.

so i just tried to take some pictures but the camera of course has a dead battery so I am charging it overnight and will put pictures up tommorow I hope.
