I'm trying to find a particular knife for my uncle. He's very sick, and that's why I'm doing this for him. He told me a few weeks ago that his father had a sword (that someone sold after his father died) and he's been trying to find it. He said he found something that he thought was what he was looking for, but it seems to be the knife version of if, and not the sword. I have pictures of it, but they're on my phone, and I will have to transfer them to my computer when I have a chance (I'm typing this at an airport on my way back to school).
He said it's called a Filipino Hunting Knife (the one that he has now) that his father originally had around World War II. It has a metal handle with three pearls at each of the finger grips. The blade is a little smaller than a normal sized toothbrush. It also has a (I believe) rough leather case that snuggly fits the blade. On the blade it says "1947" and is sown together on the back.
I will post pictures when I get them on my computer later. I will even try to post the pictures in a few minutes depending on how long it will take to get from my phone to my computer
