Hey,
Im just looking for a good quality aftermarket sheath for my ESEE 6. I love my 6, and i never really leave home without it, but the sheath ruins my edge and i just want a new one! Kydex, leather, it doesnt matter as long as it good quality not rediculously expensive, and better than the one that comes from the factory. Suggestions? Pictures to go with those suggestions?
Thanks, any input is helpful!

You know, Jeff and Mike went through a lot of trouble to find a quality vendor for their sheaths. I would be willing to bet a call to them would result in a new sheath that did not dull your edge. Give them a call, a phone call costs you nothing.

I agree. I believe the factory sheaths they come with are the best factory sheaths I have gotten.

Never had that problem with my factory 6 sheath, I use it every other day. How are you pulling it out? I know if I take mine out in a quick pull the edge does drag against the sheath. However, if I pull it out and keep the blade spine against the top part of the sheath... no problem. If that makes any sense. I know if I pull it out quick the edge almost always drags on the sheath.

The stock sheath is excellent just big enough to cover the blade and element proof to protect the carbon steel. It should not ruin your edge it is smooth plastic. Something else is going on there.
