Need help finding a quality last ditch neck knife

Price isn't an issue unless it's something really silly like $300.
Looking for something that won't print, is made of quality steel, and preferably something with a hawkbill or made to be used in reverse grip. I want it to feel intuitive in use as a boxer.

Also if anyone knows or has a review of the MaxVenom/Combative Edge PKM that would be appreciated.
I've also had my eye on an Emerson La Griffe but I'm not completely sold because it doesn't look like it'd work well in reverse.

Spartan Blades Enyo locks into a reversed grip very well, but is a little small. The White River Backpacker is AMAZING for $90 bucks and is just big enough to fit all four fingers and it has a choil that really locks the handle in place with a regular grip or a reverse (edge out grip). I will try to get you some pics later. The thing about neck carry is that the blades arent static and do not deploy in a reverse grip. So in a struggle they can be moving around and once deployed you have to flip the grip. If you are considering this as a defensive weapon only, then the Spartan Blades CQB dagger is highly effective and can deploy right into a reverse grip. Benchmade also makes the CQB dagger in a lesser steel for less money
 
You could take a look at Spyderco's Swick series. I have the 4 which has a leaf shape blade ( and comes with a nice sheath w/g-clip) The 3 doesn't come with a sheath but you might prefer its blade shape. Both are S30v.

Check out the Dirk Pinkerton Variable Claw. I think Meyerco makes a very inexpensive version with a pretty low end steel, but Mr. Pinkerton's customs can be had for around the $110 mark. His website doesn't mention what steel, but if memory serves he works mostly with S30V and D2.
