Photos Need help finding date of my Case TESTED XX folder

The knife above was found in a garage sale and it was in really poor shape when I got it for $1.50 I cleaned it up and oiled it and started carry it

Done I purchased the Gold membership
 
It looks like a 6216 pattern to my eye. I think on something like Ebay, it would wind up in the $150-200 range depending on who's looking, etc....
