Need help finding info on Moon Knives and finding a knife

I am looking for info or knives made by a man named Paul C. Moon or better known as Mr. Moon. He lived (or maybe still lives, I can't find him) in Tennessee and regularly fly fished on the Caney Fork River. He made custom Flies and knives that he sold out of his truck, he was an older man and I met him when I was younger before I got into knives. Well now I am trying to find information on what knives he made and if there are possibly any out there. If you have one or know information on them please let me know, even if you don't want to sell it I would just like the info on it, thanks
