Need help finding SAK replacement scales.

I have an older Wenger Ranger, 95mm main blade, and the scales are cracked and coming off. I have seen many replacement vids on You Tube but can not find scales specific to this model. I have tried emailing Victorinox, no reply, and other sights Swiss Banco, ebay again no joy so far. Does anyone know of a source of replacement scales? That include the lock blade release button and spring? The complexity of this design make carving a set myself a daunting task. Thanks for the help.

That's going to be a tough one. First, I would go to this link, http://www.e-webtechnologies.com/sak/Wenger_History_Hidden_Rivet_Scale_Attachment_Methods.pdf, and determine which scale you have. Then I would call and/or write to Victorinox in Switzerland here: http://int.wenger.ch/en/services/warranty-repair

Thanks for the link. I can not tell, without pulling the scales off, which of the attachment methods were used on this knife. I have already put in an email to Victorinox as their link for repair leads to a shoe repair place that I have used for leather work in the past. Work done, fair to OK. On time, not so much. How they expect this man to repair scales is beyond me unless he inspects prior to shipment to Victorinox. As I am still waiting for response to my email hopefully all will turn out OK.
