Help guys, i need some help in picking a folder.I have 300 $ and would really like to get smt. nice. Production or custom is both ok. The blade should be around 3 1/2 inches to 4''. Thanks in advance

If you're looking for something tactical, I can definitely recommend Ernest Emerson's Mini-Commander.

If you've never used a Waved folder, you're missing out!

any time somebody says folder and $300, sebenza is definitely what comes to mind first. i do not have one, btw

I don't have one either...nor do I have the 300 bucks to spend....

You are in a heckuva nice predicament, if you ask me, Orthos.

Enjoy it.:)

Get a Zero Tolerance ZT0200, and a nice black Leatheman xTi, and you'll still have $50.00 to play with.

If you have 300 dollars to spend on a knife but you have no idea what to get, Id suggest doing some of your own research on knives and learn a little more. 300 dollars is a pretty large investment for someone that hasnt done their research=)

i have to agree with marcinek here! personally, i would buy several knives or 1 nice benchmade or spyderco and spend the rest somewhere else (or save it). if you had $3,000 to spend, however, i would definitely recommend a sebenza... or two :)

What would you be doing with it. Is it to be an EDC, a knife for camping, for work (what kind of work?) or a "gentleman's" knife. Do you have any preference for handle material, locking system or blade steel?

if i had 300 bucks to spend on a knife i would get my first sebbie without a doubt i finally got to handel one ... they are really amazing for how simple they are

Let me draw your attention to Spyderco - e.g. BG-42 CF Military and ZDP-189 CF Caly3 (or upcoming CF Stretch) = both for UNDER $300 :)
