Need help for name of this knife

It has a checkerboard pattern handle, built in led Flashlight, it is a pocket knife with a lock back lock
And has a picture of an eagle on the front. Is all black except for blade.

Also the blade has serrated area for about half of it and straight for rest of blade. Has triangular hole right above bevel.

Sounds like some kinda junky Schrade or Mtech design, but if you upload a picture you may have better luck with identification.
